Kathy Sabol, M.Ed., is currently serving as Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs and Director of Student Persistence and Assessment at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.

She is also a Montana-based independent consultant, trainer, and grant writer,
specializing in methamphetamine prevention and intervention research. Beginning in
1999, she was employed as a research associate for SAMHSA's Methamphetamine
Treatment Project, a multi-site clinical trial coordinated by UCLA. She subsequently
became the Billings' site project director, and she continued her affiliation with UCLA's
Integrated Substance Abuse Program as a research associate. During this time, Kathy
was also employed by the Montana Supreme Court as the first coordinator of the
Yellowstone County Family Drug Treatment Court.

Prior to her work with addictions research, Kathy taught in the English and Education
Departments of Montana State University-Billings for over 20 years.
